概述
RoomTrail（住迹）是一款面向租客的入住／退租拍照记录工具。应用默认在您的设备本地运行，不要求注册账号，也不运营自建用户数据服务器。
我们收集哪些信息
- 您主动创建的内容：检查记录名称、可选地址、入住／退租类型、检查日期、房间名称、状态、备注，以及您拍摄或从相册选择的照片与说明。
- 设备权限：仅在您授权后访问相机或照片图库，用于添加检查照片。
- 购买信息：若您购买“无限 PDF 导出”，交易由 Apple 通过 App Store / StoreKit 处理。我们不接收您的付款卡号；我们仅通过 Apple 验证购买权益。
信息如何使用与存储
- 检查记录与照片保存在您设备本地（通过系统提供的本地存储）。
- 导入照片时，应用会修正方向、压缩尺寸并重新编码，用于减小体积；不会修改您相册中的原图，也不会保留 GPS 等无关元数据用于追踪。
- 生成 PDF 报告时，内容在设备本地生成；您可通过系统分享面板自行保存或发送。
- 应用可在离线状态下完成记录与报告生成。购买、恢复购买，以及打开本支持／隐私页面时可能需要网络。
我们不做什么
- 不要求登录，不做云同步，不提供多人协作账号体系。
- 首版不集成第三方分析 SDK 或广告 SDK。
- 不向自建服务器上传您的检查照片或备注。
数据删除
您可以在应用内删除单条记录、房间、照片，或在设置中删除全部本地数据。卸载应用通常也会移除本地应用数据（以系统行为为准）。
儿童隐私
本应用面向租房场景的一般用户，不以儿童为目标用户。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。
政策更新
如本政策发生实质变更，我们将更新本页面的生效日期。继续使用应用即表示您知悉更新后的政策。

Overview
RoomTrail is a move-in / move-out photo inspection tool for renters. The app is designed to work on your device, without requiring an account and without a first-party user-data backend.
Information We Process
- Content you create: inspection names, optional addresses, move-in/out type, inspection dates, room names, statuses, notes, and photos/captions you capture or select.
- Device permissions: camera and photo library access only when you grant them, to add inspection photos.
- Purchases: if you unlock unlimited PDF export, payment is processed by Apple via the App Store / StoreKit. We do not receive your card details; we only verify entitlement through Apple.
How Information Is Used and Stored
- Inspections and photos are stored locally on your device.
- Imported photos are orientation-corrected, resized, and re-encoded to reduce size. We do not modify originals in your photo library and do not keep unrelated metadata such as GPS for tracking.
- PDF reports are generated on-device. You choose where to save or share them using the system share sheet.
- Recording and report generation work offline. Network access may be needed for purchases, restore, and opening support/privacy pages.
What We Do Not Do
- No sign-in, no cloud sync, and no multi-user collaboration accounts in the first version.
- No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs in the first version.
- We do not upload your inspection photos or notes to a first-party server.
Deletion
You can delete individual inspections, rooms, and photos, or erase all local data in Settings. Uninstalling the app typically removes local app data, subject to system behavior.
Children
RoomTrail is intended for general rental-use audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page.
