Local writing and choices
Closer is for adults, not for children to use. Situation text, age selection, openings, practice responses and preferences are saved on your device. Conversation files are excluded from device backups. Export is a readable document, not a restorable app backup; export before changing phones or deleting the app. You can edit, export and delete local writing without an active subscription. We cannot restore it for you.
There is no Closer account, advertising, analytics SDK, tracking, microphone, camera or cloud conversation sync. We do not request child names, birthdays, schools, photos or health histories. Avoid identifying or sensitive information in free text.
Optional AI and international processing
Only after separate consent and an AI action, selected age, language, scenario, situation text, the current opening and necessary practice history are sent over HTTPS to Emir’s gateway in Shanghai, China, then to DeepSeek’s API to generate and check a response. Processing takes place outside some users’ home countries. Subscription proofs and device-attestation data go to our gateway and Apple, not in model prompts.
DeepSeek’s Open Platform Terms apply to our API use. Its general consumer privacy policy does not define the processing rules for end users of downstream applications. We do not represent that the API has zero retention, a fixed deletion deadline, or a no-training guarantee. This policy describes Closer’s own processing; it does not create guarantees on behalf of DeepSeek. You may decline AI and use offline tools.
What our server retains
Requests are processed in memory. Results are encrypted and cached for about 24 hours to recover interrupted requests without charging another practice. A periodic cleanup removes expired result blobs even when no requests arrive. Conversation text is not written to application or API access logs. The provider receives text for generation and safety checks.
To verify purchases, prevent replay and share allowances across devices, the gateway stores installation public keys, challenge counters, pseudonymous subscription identifiers, request identifiers, input digests, usage counts, timestamps and refund/revocation status. It does not receive card details or your Apple password. These records are not automatically erased when local conversations are deleted or consent is withdrawn; contact us for access or deletion requests. Security, payment and dispute records may need to remain for their relevant purpose or legal obligations. Aggregate budget totals contain no conversation text.
Apple, website and support
Apple handles purchase, renewal and cancellation under its policies. Our website server receives IP address, requested URL, time and browser information to serve and protect pages. Website access logs rotate daily with 14 rotated files retained; security incidents or rotation timing may affect retention. These pages use no analytics, advertising cookies or embedded third-party media.
If you email support, Gmail processes your email address, message and voluntary attachments. We use these to respond and resolve issues; do not send private family conversations unless necessary. Messages may remain for ongoing support, disputes or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.
Your controls and contact
Withdraw AI consent in Settings to stop future AI requests. This does not undo completed processing. Delete local writing in the app; contact swifterfit@gmail.com for server-data access, correction or deletion, or privacy concerns. We may ask for necessary non-secret purchase or installation information to locate and verify a request, never your password or full family history. Changes to AI processing will require updated consent. Closer cannot provide emergency assistance.
隐私政策
运营者为 Emir。Closer 面向成年人，不供儿童直接使用。情境、年龄选择、开场白、练习回应和偏好保存在本机。对话文件排除设备备份；导出为可读文档，不能导回 App。换机或卸载前请主动导出。没有订阅也可查看、编辑、导出和删除已有记录，我们无法代为恢复。
没有自有账号、广告、分析 SDK、追踪、麦克风、相机或对话云同步。不要求儿童姓名、生日、学校、照片或健康史；请避免在自由文字中包含可识别或敏感资料。
可选 AI 与境外处理
仅在单独同意并点击 AI 操作后，所选年龄、语言、场景、情境文字、当前开场白及必要练习记录才会通过 HTTPS 发送到 Emir 的中国上海网关，再发送至 DeepSeek API 生成并检查回应。处理地点可能位于你居住地区之外。购买凭证和设备认证数据仅用于网关及 Apple 验证，不进入模型提示。
API 使用适用 DeepSeek 开放平台条款。其通用消费者隐私政策不规定下游应用终端用户的数据处理规则。我们不承诺供应商零留存、固定删除期限或不用于训练；本政策说明 Closer 自身处理，不替供应商作保证。可拒绝 AI 并使用离线工具。
服务器记录
请求正文在内存处理，结果加密暂存约 24 小时供中断重试取回；定时任务会清除过期结果，即使没有新请求。应用和 API 访问日志不写对话正文。供应商接收必要文字以生成和检查回应。
为验证订阅、防止重放及跨设备共享用量，我们保存安装公钥、验证计数器、化名化订阅标识、请求标识、输入摘要、次数、时间及退款撤销状态。不接收银行卡资料或 Apple 密码。这些记录不会因删除本地对话或撤回同意而自动删除。可联系我们申请查阅或删除；安全、支付和争议记录可能因相关目的或法定义务继续保留。汇总预算无对话正文。
Apple、网站和支持
Apple 依据其政策处理购买、续订和取消。网页服务器接收 IP、网址、时间和浏览器信息以提供与保护服务；访问日志每日轮转，保留 14 个轮转文件，轮转时间或安全事件可能影响保留。网页没有分析、广告 Cookie 或第三方嵌入媒体。
支持邮件经 Gmail 接收邮箱、正文及主动提供的附件，用于答复和排错，并可能因后续支持、争议或法定义务保留。避免发送不必要的家庭隐私。我们不出售个人信息，不用于跨 App 广告。
你的选择
设置中撤回 AI 同意可停止后续发送，但无法撤回已完成处理。本机记录可在 App 删除。服务器记录的查阅、更正、删除和隐私问题请联系 swifterfit@gmail.com；为定位请求，可能需要必要的非秘密购买或安装信息，绝不索取密码或完整家庭史。AI 处理变化将重新征求同意。Closer 不提供紧急援助。
